Thinking about how to step the "paddies" and the relationship it has with the accommodation spaces underneath.

Then thought about vertical planting as well.

I want spaces to work hard. Plants will need light but so will people. Accommodation will sit directly under food production spaces so that people can still have light and sir. The window will hence also open out onto the planting and have "ocean" views.

Walking areas and Semi-Private Spaces can extend beyond the food production area to create healthy vibrant spaces for people to walk, talk, relax, eat, read, work, etc.

Alternative Form and Idea

I imagined that the structure would look like a leaf or something close to a ship for mobility but I noticed Chau is doing something similar. I am considering changing the shape of the shell. I think it will be nice if all three of us showed very different designs. So back to the drawing board. Should be ok.
