Hallam's Aquaponics
This system uses 1 Fish : 10L water : 10 L Food (As long as fish are growing at different rates).
So 100 Fish: 1000L of water : 1000L of food can be produced.
In another video showing a commercial crop, 1000 Lettuce can be harvested every week with 4000 Lettuce growing. To achieve this rotation, it takes 2hrs a day to harvest but I couldn't find out how many people this required.
